  1. How does the résumé process work?

    A Telephone Consultation
    We start with a collaborative and highly consultative telephone conversation reviewing your career history, current job search goals, and target positions and companies. During the consultation we focus on facts, figures, and specifics in order to ensure you receive an interview-winning résumé.
    Résumé Creation & Review
    After the consultation is completed, your Consultant creates your résumé and within 5-7 days of your consultation we send it to you for review.
    Delivery of Final Documents
    Upon receiving your résumé you will then have the opportunity to work with your Consultant on any changes or revisions that may be needed. When you love your new résumé and are ready to use it, we’ll send your final documents in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF.

    You can rest easy that your new résumé and cover letter will win interviews and make an immediate impact on your résumé response rate.

    Résumés for Professionals undergo a final review/edit by our Director, Catherine Cunningham. Résumés for Executives are completed totally by our Director.

  3. I'm ready to get my résumé started. How do I proceed?

    Just complete your online purchase and we'll take it from there.  We will contact you within 1 business day to get the ball rolling. Once you have uploaded your documentation, our Consultant will phone you to interview you for relevant content.

  4. When can I schedule my face to face consultation?

    Once we receive your order, we will arrange for a Consultant to contact you within 1 business day to arrange a time to meet.  We are very flexible and will arrange for a time during normal working hours that suits you.

  5. I need my résumé in a hurry. Are you able to help me?

    Yes, of course.  We offer a fast-track process for clients in urgent need of a new résumé.  Just select the "I wish to pay an additional 20% to receive my documents early" button and add it to your shopping cart.  We will contact you by the end of the next business day.  We will complete your first draft within 2 further business days and have your final version ready one business day after you have sent through any final corrections.

  6. I'm not sure which of your services will meet my needs

    Just call the office and we'll talk to you about which services will be the most cost-effective way of meeting your needs.  We have three levels of support to meet your budget and the level of complexity at which you need to operate. We understand that you are spending your hard-earned money and we will help you make the most of our expertise.
